The Eldex Hydrolysis/Derivatization WorkStation provides a convenient andeasy to use system for the hydrolysis and derivatization of samples prior toamino acid composition analysis.
Convenient Hydrolysis and Derivatization
The WorkStation provides all the functions for sample hydrolysis. Vacuumand nitrogen ports are easily accessed from the front panel. Reaction vialassemblies can accommodate up to 12 sample tubes simultaneously. A Dewar flaskand cold finger are provided to prevent contamination. The integral heater,capable of temperatures up to 150C, provides stable temperature control for upto 4 reaction vial assemblies.
