Product Description

Laboratory furnaces type LHTM / LHTW furnaces are designed for all typical types of heat treatment processes. They are used for high vacuum applications up to 1x10^-6 mbar and very pure atmospheres of hydrogen.

The furnaces are offered with manual operation as standard. Fully automatic control with SIEMENS PLC and WINCC visualization
is available as an option.

High purity process chamber (LHTM and LHTW)
Pressure control between 10 1000 mbar for each process gas
Smooth controlled evacuation appropriate for powders
Metal charging racks for the highest temperatures
Certified safety management for flammable and poisonous gases
Fully automatic operation, also for highly complex processes
