FAQs of CAP-NAC045TT01 CAP TORQUE TESTER:
Q: How do I use the CAP-NAC045TT01 CAP Torque Tester to measure cap torque?
A: To use the tester, securely place the bottle in the clamping fixtures, adjust the jaw opening as needed, and close the clamp to hold the cap. Select the desired measurement mode (peak or real-time), then apply torque by twisting the cap. The digital LCD displays the torque in your selected unit, and results can be recorded or output via RS-232/USB.
Q: What industries is this torque tester suitable for?
A: The CAP-NAC045TT01 is designed for use in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and packaging sectors, making it ideal for quality control on production lines or in laboratory environments where accurate measurement of bottle cap torque is essential.
Q: When should the torque tester be calibrated and how is it performed?
A: Calibration should be performed routinely or whenever accuracy is in question. The device comes with standard weights for the calibration process, following the steps outlined in the user manual to ensure all measurements remain within the specified accuracy (0.5% F.S.).
Q: What benefits does the overload alarm provide?
A: The overload alarm helps prevent damage to both the instrument and test samples by alerting users if the applied torque exceeds the maximum capacity, promoting safe and trouble-free operation.
Q: Where can the stored readings be accessed and how can data be exported?
A: The torque testers onboard memory can save up to 99 torque readings, which are accessible via the digital display. For further analysis or record-keeping, data can be exported through the RS-232 or USB ports to a connected computer or data logging system.
Q: What makes this torque tester suitable for use in India as an exporter, importer, manufacturer, supplier, or trader?
A: With its robust design, wide measurement range, high accuracy, multiform data outputs, and compatibility with standard electrical supplies (220V AC, 50-60Hz), the CAP-NAC045TT01 meets the needs of industrial stakeholders across India for reliable cap torque testing in diverse applications.
